Product Description
Dulux Sealer Binder is a pigmented oil based prepcoat which seals porous surfaces and binds unpainted powdery surfaces such as bare plaster, providing a sound foundation on which to apply subsequent paint coats. It helps protect finishes against alkali attack and is suitable for both interior and exterior use.
